We hope you love your new purchase(s), but in the event that they don’t work out our return policy lasts 14 days from the day the item is delivered. We offer in-store credit for items that are unused and in the same condition you received it in. We are happy to offer an exchange if we have the item you want in stock. Exchanges must also be made within 14 days from the day of delivery.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Mail your item back to La Belle Vie, 3419 Blue Gum Ave Modesto, CA 95358. The package must contain the item you purchased, your receipt or proof of purchase, as well as your RMA written on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We will incur the cost to ship your new item back to you on exchanges. Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for merchandise returned without a proper return authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. If your return is approved, then you will receive an email including your store credit code.
All sales of sale/clearance item sales, and jewelry items are final.
